Jack Woodhead- Moderator
Originally from Manchester, performer and composer Jack Woodhead has made a name for himself in Berlin, writing and performing in many show at Wintergarten Varieté, including the recent production “Varieté GAGA”, a story based around Jack Woodhead’s journey from a well-behaved British music student to a cabaret star of Berlin. Jack has performed at Tipi am Kanzleramt, Berliner Festspiele, Volksbuehne Berlin, and his solo show premiered at Bar jeder Vernunft in 2022, directed by his partner Mark Wartenberg. Jack and Mark have a residency in London with their show Berlin Cabaret at the renowned Crazy Coqs.
Marta Karta
Marta is an Italian-Slovenian performance artist and musician. Marta is a prominent figure in Berlin’s burlesque and cabaret scene. She co-founded Dark Cabaret Society and leads Bohéme Sauvage’s 1920s-inspired cabaret band “Let’s Misbehave!” Marta also designs costumes for theatre and film.
Le Pustra
Le Pustra is a Berlin-based artist whose name is synonymous with extravagance, androgyny and avant-garde creativity. He is best known for his role as “Edwina Morell” in the award winning German TV series “Babylon Berlin” and as the creative director of “Le Pustra’s “Kabarett der Namenlosen”.
